Who we are

We are Klever Trading, an independent project based in the United Kingdom. Its divisions are TrueCost (cost tools), Chain League (on-chain activity) and Phone Bot Lab (newsletter, guide, backtests and bot health checks). Klever Trading is an independent community project, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Klever or KleverChain. Contact: klevertrading2026@gmail.com. What we provide

• Free tools, such as the True Cost Calculator. These are provided as they are, for education.
• Backtest reports (Founding £29, Basic £49, Standard £99, Deep £149) and bot health checks (Quick £79, Full £149). The scope of each is set out on the services page and confirmed by email before you pay.

What we don't do

• We don't give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we don't recommend buying, selling or holding any cryptoasset.
• We don't provide signals, manage money, trade for you or tell you to run any strategy live.
• We never ask for, accept or handle private keys, seed phrases, API keys, passwords or wallet access.

No guarantees

Reports describe how a method would have behaved on historical data under a stated cost model. Backtested results are hypothetical and not a reliable indicator of future results. A health check lowers the risk of common problems; it isn't a guarantee that your code is bug-free or secure, or that it can't lose money. Cryptoassets are high risk and you could lose everything you put in.

Ordering, price and payment

1. You email the intake questions. We reply within 24 hours to confirm scope and price, or to say it's out of scope.
2. Once you agree, we send a payment link. The contract starts when you pay.
3. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price. We aren't VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

Delivery

We deliver within 5 working days of receiving both your payment and everything we need (rules or redacted files). If we're going to be late, we'll tell you, and you can choose a full refund instead of waiting.

Cancellation and refunds

• If we can't deliver the agreed scope, you get a full refund.
• As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a service. To deliver within 5 working days, we'll ask you to confirm that you want us to start straight away. If you cancel after we've started, we'll refund the price minus a fair amount for the work already done. Once the report has been delivered in full, the right to cancel ends.
• None of this affects your statutory rights. If a report doesn't match what we agreed, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the redaction checklist. If you send a live secret by mistake, we'll tell you to rotate it, delete the upload and ask for a clean copy.
• Only send code or data that you have the right to share.
• Decisions about your money are yours alone.

Your code and the report

You keep all rights in your code and data. We use them only to prepare your report, keep them confidential and delete uploads 30 days after delivery. You can use your report however you like. We'll only publish an anonymised write-up of your job if you agree in writing, and it will never mention profits.

Our liability

If we break these terms, our liability is limited to the price you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for trading losses or for decisions made using a report or the free tools. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints and law

Please email us first, and we'll reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
